Dear MSEAS participants,

The ICES Journal of Marine Science is organizing a special symposium issue with contributions from MSEAS 2020 participants. We wish to take stock of the developments in the field of marine socio-ecological systems since 2016, bring the different methods for inter- and transdisciplinary work together, and communicate concisely on the most recent and relevant developments in this field.

We therefore invite you to send in your manuscript to the ICES JMS, referring to the symposium issue ‘MSEAS 2020’. The deadline for submission is March 1st, 2022 . Publication is planned for 2023. Articles will appear online in advance access as soon as they are ready for publication (with DOI).
