We urge interested participants to pre/register as early as possible, for planning PICES events more efficiently.

Pre-registration does not require an immediate payment; however, it will add your record to our database (for Book of Abstracts, Name Tags, etc.).

The Registration Fee applies to the Meeeting sessions and workshops. Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received. In order to take advantage of the early registration fee rate, payment must be made before the end of the Early Registration period.

Registration Fees:

1. Photocopy of a valid student ID card is required. Please FAX the copy to 1 (250) 363-6827 or e-mail it to Susan Hannah when you pay.
2. Meeting Convenors, Coordiators, and Invited Speakers are encouraged to pay their registraion fees. E-mail your questions to Christina Chiu
3. Enables accompanying persons of participants to attend all public social events.

Refund Policy:

100% Refund will be given for all requests (Christina Chiu) submitted on or before September 30, 2019.

50% Refund will be given for all requests submitted between October 1-15, 2019.

0% Refund will be given for all requests submitted on or after October 16, 2019.

A non-refundable CAD $15 processing fee will be retained by PICES.
