Pre-registration is important as it will add your record to our database (for Book of Abstracts, Name Tags, etc.)

Pre-registration does not require an immediate payment; however, to take advantage of the Early Registration Fee you must pay before the deadline (see the table below). Registration is not considered complete until the registration fee is received.

The Registration Fee applies to the Meeting sessions and workshops. Registration is not considered complete until the Registration Fee is received. In order to take advantage of the early registration fee rate, payment must be made before the end of the Early Registration period.

3. "Absentee Presenter" is a special case - must provide a reason for absence and obtain permission from PICES Secretariat. PICES Secretariat
4. Enables accompanying persons of participants to attend all public social events.

100% Refund will be given for all requests (Saeseul Kim) submitted more than 15 days prior to the opening ceremony day.

A non-refundable CAD $15 processing fee will be retained by PICES.
