SIM cards, Lisbon
You can get a Portuguese SIM card for between 2.50 EUR (2.45 USD) to 30 EUR (29.25 USD) from MEO, 10 EUR (9.75 USD) to 40 EUR (39 USD) from NOS & 9.90 EUR to 30 EUR from Vodafone. SIM cards are also sold at Lisbon-Humberto Delgado Airport (Lisbon).
