Active Acoustics 'Hackday' - 25th of March:
Learn the basics of echosounder and ADCP data processing from experts at Nortek and Echoview. Test your skills on a multidisciplinary dataset with concepts ranging from oceanography through to ecology. Suitable for beginner to intermediate users.

Tasmanian Active Acoustics Forum - 26th of March:
With the aim of strengthening the current Tasmanian active acoustics community, hear the latest industry updates and get to know local researchers across CSIRO, IMAS and the AAD with a variety of experience using echosounders and ADCPs. Join a panel discussion where you can ask all the acoustics questions you have been too afraid to ask. And finally rub shoulders with other acoustic-users at a post-forum social event. This event assumes a basic knowledge of acoustics.
