Committees/FUTURE are requested to hold at least one virtual business meeting before the Annual Meeting and one in-person meeting (evening) during the Annual Meeting

EGs are requested to hold at least one virtual business meeting before the Annual Meeting to discuss items to report or request to SB. In addition to the above virtual meetings, EGs can hold an optional in-person business meeting during the Annual Meeting.
