Whova App

PICES-2024 will be held as an in-person meeting. Exception applies to some business meetings.

Whova App will be used to access the updated schedules, to communicate between participants, and to make announcements (organizers).

HOW TO GET ACCESS TO THE WHOVA APP?

All pre/registered participants can get Whova access in the second half of September after receiving an email invitation to join PICES-2024 and download the app.

There are two ways to download and use Whova app – mobile or desktop:

1. Download Whova Mobile App on a smartphone

2. Use Whova Web App on a computer
   https://whova.com/portal/webapp/pices_202410/

On the mobile app, when you click into a session on the agenda, there is also an option to “Watch on Desktop.” By selecting this, the web app link will be sent to your email.

If, by the end of September, you do not receive an invitation email to access the meeting on Whova App, check the spam folder in the email you registered with, before contacting the team responsible for PICES-2024 on Whova:
